Organic and Vegetarian
Once a week, we receive a basket of fruits and vegetables which are locally grown and are all organic, or, as the French put it, "biologique." As new vegetarians who are committed, as well, to a totally organic diet, we are learning step by step the organic vegetarian way, beginning with each week's Weekly Pannier and expanding from there. Sharing our experiences will, we hope, be useful to others following the same path to health and well-being.
